A passionate educator, Maria hosts the bi-weekly AMA Lunch Time Learning (‘AMA LTL’) webinar series and spearheads the annual Magnificent Leadership Conference (‘MLC’), contributing to the growth and empowerment of leaders across various sectors. Maria’s academic accomplishments include a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, an MBA from the University of Maryland University College, and an Executive Coaching certification from Georgetown University. She is also a certified Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) practitioner and an International Coach Federation certified executive coach, credentials that underscore her commitment to developing transformational leadership.

Rooted in her faith in Jesus Christ and her devotion to her family, Maria resides in Bowie, Maryland, with her husband and their four children, affectionately known as 'The Fantastic Four.'
